The third-graders who streamed into the lunchroom at Rock Ridge Elementary School on Colorado Proud School Meal Day knew they were in for an unusual lunchroom choice. Ben Davis, executive sous-chef from Tony's Market, was on hand with a pair of healthy treats made entirely from Colorado ingredients, part of an effort to promote healthy school options at the elementary school level.
